Demolition: For fast changing from steel to concrete processing second member attachments.
Scrap Yard: You can easily remove large second member Steel Shears and reconnect a Scrap Handling Stick and Grapple within minutes for bulk scrap removal. Utilize a single excavator coupled with the SEVEN boom hitch to run both second member shears and excavator stick mounted bucket linkage.
Large Excavator Transport: Large multi site scrap yard and rental companies moving 40 Ton and larger excavators can now move machinery quickly and easily by removing the Excavator Stick or Large Shear. With quick excavator stick removal, the boom can be lowered to fit under the required travel height and transport weight is also reduced.
Safe: Seven's boom hitch meets the most stringent safety standards, with four safety locks. The special hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a pressure safety locking check valve as well as a secondary back-up manual safety cross pin, which is fitted to hold the mechanical linkage arm in the locked position; as well as two mechanical locks for each side of the main attachment pin, making this connection completely safe.
High Load: Designed to be used with both mechanical and heavy hydraulic attachments.
Tough: High tensile inter meshing steel construction and anti-twisting design as has been used in the toughest quarry, recycling and demolition applications for over 5 years.
Don't let this happen to you!

FOUR SIMPLE STEPS FOR ATTACHING THE BOOM HITCH
1 Drive Excavator forward until bottom fixed hook engages into the fixed pin of the Excavator Stick.
2 By lifting the boom up, the fixed pin is cradled in the Hitch’s hook and the top dipper stick cylinder pin will set against the open hook.
3 Activate the Boom Hitch locking hook cylinder until the hook clamps and secures the Excavator stick pin.
4 Place the manual safety-locking pin and clip in place, locking the hook in the closed position, to act as a secondary safety back up system.
